Work Deposit Information

You paid a Work Deposit when you registered your athlete for the Snowbasin Ski Team.  Now is your chance to volunteer to earn that $$$ back!  Our program is all about community.  While we do need money to pay our operating expenses, honestly, we prefer your volunteer time when it comes to holding our races & fundraising events like the SWAP, Winter Welcome, Banff Film Festival, Devo Races, Alpine Races & Freeride Comps.

Below are the Work Deposit Amounts by Program.  Each volunteer assignment will have a certain credit amount.  Find the volunteer jobs that add up to the credit you need by the end of the season & voila you get a credit towards next year's tuition.

In order to make sure you receive proper credit for your volunteer time, please complete this Google Form EACH TIME you volunteer.  At the end of the season, we will issue credit back to you in April. All credits are required to be redeemed no later than June 30th.  

Any unredeemed credit converts to a donation to one of our endowment funds at the close of our fiscal year. Credits are not carried over from one seasonal year to the next.   If you prefer your work deposit credit be applied directly to one of our endowment funds, please make that selection below when you submit your hours.

Below are the Work Deposit Amounts by Program

Alpine Full Time = $400 = 40 credits
Alpine 4 days = $400 = 40 credits
Alpine Weekend Only = $300 = 30 credits
Alpine 1 Day = $200 = 20 credits

Freeride 4-6 day = $400 = 40 credits
Freeride 1-2 day = $200 = 20 credits

Half Day Add-Ons for Freeride or Alpine = $100 = 10 credits

Alpine/Freeride Combo = $400 - 40 credits

DevoMini/Devo/Devo+ = $100 = 10 credits
