DEVO Mini 

Devo Mini is our Introductory Snowbasin Ski Team Program.  This 12-week half-day program for skiers focuses on Safety, Skill Development, Friendship, and FUN for ages 5-6.  Each participant will be matched to a Team based on ability level and assigned a Ski Team Coach/s for the season.  If your young athlete shows a love for skiing but needs a coach to focus on developing their skills and confidence, we have a team for them!  We know that our Devo Mini’s love to move, explore and learn by doing.  Our coaches will help your athlete increase proficiency for skiing all mountain with the family and prepare them to ultimately join the Devo Team with confidence!

Athlete Age: 5-6 by Dec 1, 2024 (Birth years 2019 & 2018) 2020 exception inquires may be made via devo@snowbasinskiteam.org

Dates: Saturdays for 12 Sessions from December through March. Dates will be announced in November 2024 and are contingent upon snow and resort opening.

Times: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Required Athlete Experience:  Participants must have the ability to ski green terrain accessed from the Littlecat, Becker and Wildcat Chairlifts. Runs like Little Cat, Slow Road, Eas-A-Long, Bear Hollow, and Snow Shoe are the primary learning areas.

Program Includes:

  • 12 Saturday Sessions with a Professional Coach

  • Snowbasin Ski Team Jacket, t-shirt and beanie

  • Devo Team Races and Events Hosted at Snowbasin

  • 3 to 1 Athlete to Coach Ratio

  • Skills Quest Assessment

Cost: $1330 (includes $50 Work Deposit)

A $500 first payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a team spot.  Payment plan options available. Program cost is non-refundable.  Prices will increase at the end of each month starting in August.  Full tuition is due by Nov 1st.  A 2.85%+ $0.85 processing fee will be automatically charged to all credit card payments or a 1.99% + $0.99 processing fee for all ACH transfers. 

Not included: Snowbasin Season Pass

SSEF athletes receive 20% off the lowest season pass rates.  Youth 5-12 would be $376.66. Once registered, instructions are provided to purchase your special athlete rate season pass from Snowbasin resort.
